Charlotte Gainsbourg mon amour is Fabrice Tarrin's second autobiographical comic book. It revolves mostly around him and his childhood crush Charlotte Gainsbourg, the daughter of famous French singer Serge Gainsbourg. Just like in his other book Diary of a Lemur, every story in this book is based on real events and nothing's made up.

Diary of a Lemur (orig. "Journal intime d'un Lémurien") is basically a collection of comics Fabrice Tarrin posted on his blog between November 2006 and February 2008. According to the back of the book, all the events described in the comics really happened and nothing's made up.

Violine - Vol. 3 - The Iron Claw by Tronchet, Jean-Marc Krings, Fabrice Tarrin, Cyril Liéron, 2006: Violine is a young girl with a special power: a stare from her large violet eyes allows her to read one's thoughts and intentions. She lives in a mansion with her wealthy and domineering mother, who is somehow immune to this power. Her mother claims that Violine's father has passed away when she was three, but after finding evidence to the contrary, Violine embarks to Africa as a stowaway in search for him.
I started with book 3 because the first two have already been translated by someone else. I suggest you read those first because the story in this book picks up where book 2 left off.
